1999 Upper Deck Wonder Years is a 30-card set that features four unique parallels. While the Home Run parallels are the obvious toughies, the Triples have proven to be incredibly rare. For me, the gap between seeing two separate listings for the Frank Thomas Triple was nearly 11 years. This set features attractive color combinations with very similar patterns between some of the parallels. I always appreciated the design here and thought that the bright and vibrant colors really complemented the player photos. I just think this is a very fun albeit aggressively challenging run to collect.
