2017 Bowman Chrome Refractors That Never Were is a 10-card set issued in packs of 2017 Bowman Chrome, and comprised entirely of retired stars. Autographed versions exist for four of the 10 cards in the set. The cards are reprints of Bowman cards issued prior to the Chrome era. These are difficult cards to pull regardless of version.
