Guest Writer Profile: Tim Dehring

I’m horrible at introductions, especially when it comes to introducing myself. I never know what to say without making myself look nuts.

With that said, my name is Tim Dehring, and I’ve been asked to contribute to Radicards by Patrick, and of course I jumped the chance. I used to run a blog a few years ago titled ’90s Box Breaks, where I talked about ’90s cards, inserts, and players. My knowledge lies within baseball, but I did attempt a few non-baseball breaks for my personal benefit. I learned a lot from the experience, but unfortunately, I was unable to keep up with the site and had to put it down, so to speak.

I also run my own blog, which I actually just re-launched this month, as well as a tech-centric blog called One Button Mouse. In a nutshell, I enjoy writing, and I hope that I can contribute a lot to this site and share my view with readers of the site. As I said already, my knowledge is in the ’90s, but I plan on branching out, researching, and writing about various sports topics. After all, no one wants to read posts from someone stuck in a certain time period, right?

Lastly, I want to thank Patrick for giving me this opportunity, and I want to thank the readers in advance for allowing me to share my writing. I will try not to disappoint.

I’ll leave you with a flashback from a site I ran a few years ago…

Does anyone remember this? Bueller?
