It’s odd there’s no hyphen between All and Time in the set title. 2014 Topps Chrome All Time Rookies is a skip-numbered 25-card set that’s comprised of modernized chrome refractor reprints of some of Topps’ most iconic rookie cards. The card numbers are the same as the original cards, and the set has two parallels, the base refractor and superfractor. Adding cards from this set is a great way to re-enjoy some of the classic rookie cards. While this concept has been done many times before, each issue is a little different than the last, which makes them fun to collect.
