1999 Topps Chrome Fortune 15 is a 15-card set that features the eras top veterans and rookies. It’s quite a beautiful set with vibrant colors and excellent photograph. Frank Thomas wasn’t included in this set because he suffered a season-ending right ankle injury in 1999. Depending on how I look at it, that he wasn’t included in the set is either a good or a bad thing. It’s good because it’s one less card to chase, but it’s bad because I never got to see him in this gorgeous set. These cards have really come up in value over the years and I don’t see the trend stopping, so if your player is in this set, do what you can to get the card because you’re likely to pay more for it later.
