1995 Pinnacle White Hot is a 25-card set and parallels the more common Red Hot variety. The upgrade includes a blue flame background and the classic dufex technology that defines the Pinnacle brand. These cards really are quite something aesthetically. I acquired my first raw example of the Frank Thomas from this set in a collection given to me back in 1996 by what was once a friend of my older brother, and during a trip back to Alaska. I was immediately floored by the design and still am to this day. This set represents a simpler time in the hobby, but one that featured excellent designs and relatively reasonable insertion odds. 1995 was sort of the last year of this kind of simplicity. While these cards remain relatively affordable, the Ken Griffey Jr. consistently brings the most return at auction. If you want to enhance the appeal of your mid-90s collection, look no further than 1995 Pinnacle White Hot.
