The following is just one example of many where I’ve implemented a UX enhancement to optimize process flow efficiency.
Project: Subscription Management
Problem: Subscribers emailing us requests to unsubscribe them from notifications
Solution: Create an instruction page and include a link to it in the signature area of the
notification email template

This page has clear instructions on how to unsubscribe, and resubscribe should a visitor want
to at some point in the future.
Result: This solution was implemented in 2018 and we haven’t received an unsubscribe
Additional notes: By design, our homepage doesn’t feature the right sidebar where our original subscription area is located. In an effort to ensure a clean user flow, we recently included a second Subscribe button in our header for quick access no matter where a visitor lands on our site.
